Traditional Bangers and Mash
Always a tasty meal for those dark nights.

Preperation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
8 Pork Sausages
700g Potatoes
50g Butter
50g Milk

Method
1. Cook the sausages in a frying pan until brown on all sides
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks and add to a pan of cold salted water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender
3. Once cooked, drain the potatoes and place back into the pan, add the milk and butter and mash well. Serve the mash and the sausages with vegetables of your choice and add gravy.
