A working beef farm with, among others, a small herd of Lincoln Reds. Lincoln Reds produce exceptional quality beef, that�s why we created Appleton Beef. They are a slow maturing breed, reared on grass and will be around 2½ years old when sent to slaughter. Hung for 4 weeks before butchering and vac-packed ready for the freezer.
